Dr. Absten's Dock Rebuild
Due to deterioration and rot at the boat dock and deck, we had to remove everything down to the piers. It was a challenge to do most of the demolition and instalation from a 12' John Boat.
Luscom Kitchen and Den Remodel
Remodel the kitchen and the Den. This project required extensive planning. The load-bearing wall between the kitchen and den was moved 1½ feet, which involved separating the second floor, adding new piers, and transferring the load. We replaced all cabinetry with custom-built units and granite countertops, added a marble backsplash and new appliances, and refreshed the den with new flooring, drywall, and a bathroom door.
De Kock Addition and Remodel
This project was for an interior designer’s home at Lake Lorman in Madison, MS. What was once a hybrid sunroom was turned into livable space that increased the square footage of the home. Additionally, a new section of deck and a new porch cover integrated into the home made it look like it was designed that way from the beginning. The view from the water of this home is spectacular.
Bay Point Golf Club Bridge
A severe storm with alot of debris swept away an existing bridge at the Bay Point Golf Course in Brandon, MS. We removed all the debris and what was left of the bridge and poured new bulkheads and built a brand-new bridge that can handle the weight of their largest fairway mowers and wise enough for two golf carts to pass by. In fact, it's strong enough to hold the Toyota 4-Runner I parked on it as well.
Deel Bathroom Remodel and Pool Deck
Turned a simple half bath into an elegant space with batten, upper wallpaper and customcypress floating shelves. The pool deck was a fun project that included moving the existing sprinkler system and creating a pool deck that formed around the top of the kidney shaped pool. We rebuilt the pump house to match the profile of the deck. We also replaced the wood railings on the patio deck with a more aesthetically pleasing cable railing.
Cobb Refurb
What was initially goinng to be somewhat of a simple remodel turned into a complete refurb of the home. All new electrical, plumbing, framing, drywall, flooring, custom cabinetry and millwork, painting, HVAC roofing, windows and siding. What was once a mediocre house was transformed into an award-winning forever home.
